"My dad is a 99-year-old WWII veteran who likes to tell jokes, do puzzles, and read. He shares stories, ideas about current events, and his love of dogs with his *Just Checking In* caregiver. Sandy treats him with great respect and encourages his story telling, keeping him mentally sharp. She helps him with projects, takes him on scooter walks with the dog, and helps with light housework. We are so grateful for her care and companionship, the peace of mind knowing he is well cared for while I am at work, and everyone, including the dog, is excited to see Sandy twice a week!"
